We work 8 to 12-13 to 17hrs, Monday through Friday Eastern time.

We are able to manage a price structure according to; the volume, the type of industry you represent. If you are in an industry with high sales volume annually, please contact us by email to discuss this.

Returning Your Product

Returning your product is really easy to do. We accept returns up to 30 days after your original purchase. Simply visit the contact page and fill out a return request and we’ll process your return as soon as we receive the product.

  • Wait for our return to get an authorization. We will give you a return number.
  • Return your product to us, indicating this number on the package.
  • We’ll process the return asap!

Exchanging Your Product

Alternatively, you can exchange your product for a different product or for store credit. The process is simple. Simply visit the contact page and fill out an exchange request and we’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive the product.

Free Shipping

We offer free national shipping on orders over $500. Several products cannot be selected for free delivery, some indication will be written on the site or during the processing of the order and we will correct the delivery costs if necessary. Simply select the standard delivery option at checkout to enjoy free delivery.
