Invoices for your orders are sent directly after the order in your email. But also, each customer with an account on the site will have the archives of each order as well as the purchase invoice.
Each return of merchandise must be pre-approved and we will provide you with a return number. A product that does not have the return number on the box will be returned to the sender directly.
For a product to be restocked, this product must have already been sold for the last 6 months or a year, a product that does not have a high sales rate can be ordered on demand only.

For a return to be accepted, for a refund, credit, replacement, or otherwise, each product must be packaged with the original packaging, whether with box, bag, parts, etc., as if you wanted to resell it to us. like new condition. If you do not follow these return policies we may refuse the return or apply a credit, all at our discretion.
